The hotel is located in a quiet, less crowded area, yet very close to everything in the city. It is just a short walk away from the main train station and many shopping stores. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and provide everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Good location, close to Hachi jr exit. Staffs are caring, helpful, and efficient. Injury was taken care of with ice packs and rest. Checking in late was accommodated. Walking distance to Shibuya Station and shopping areas.

This hotel is a real gem! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Shibuya station. It's so convenient to have the main shopping streets and the center of Shibuya right on your doorstep. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel well taken care of. I also appreciate the attention to detail, from the complimentary shampoo and soap to the free WiFi. Plus, the prices are really reasonable for such a prime location.

Located right in the heart of Shibuya, Hotel Unizo Tokyo Shibuya is the perfect base for exploring the city. With unlimited restaurants, shops, and convenience stores right on the doorstep, everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel is also in a safe and convenient area, not in a "rough" location at all.
While the staff at the hotel were generally okay, they were not as friendly and helpful as expected. This is something the hotel could improve on in terms of customer service.
